Voting by Post

Anyone can have a postal vote.
Many people are now applying for postal votes and it means your vote can be cast weeks before election day and you won’t have to visit a polling station at all.
Applying to vote by post is easy, contact Rotherham electoral services and ask for one of the new forms.

When the next election comes around, you will receive your ballot paper by post and then you have a couple of weeks to vote from the safety and comfort of your own home.

Turnout in local elections is generally quite low so a single vote can make all the difference.
After every election we hear from people who planned to vote but couldn't in the end because something came up on the day.

Make sure your voice is heard!
