Brinsworth Parish Review

Rotherham Council are reviewing all parish council boundaries in the borough. This could include bringing unparished areas such as those houses in Brinsworth north of Bawtry Road into Brinsworth Parish Council.

This change would mean that the whole of Brinsworth would have a parish council and bring potential benefits. However, this would mean higher council tax for the new houses, making it the same rate as those who currently live in the Brinsworth Parish Council area.
